This Global 500 company entrusted its customer renewal program to our agency partner and Gabriel Group. Built upon a model of likely defectors, this complex direct mail initiative comprises 3.5 million pieces annually in 100+ monthly lots with a multitude of variable data pull-ins. Central to the challenge would be achieving the required 100% accuracy in light of needed corrections to thousands of the client's "unclean" records - all within an extraordinarily tight time frame. Gabriel Group developed a customized sequence of automated utilities followed by a fine-tooth comb manual cleanup protocol. The regimen undergoes constant QC and refinement as programmers and trained associates respond to ongoing client requests for modification.
