Overview

Process all client data through mailing software and letter composition software in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail and the instructions given for the job. Constant communication must be maintained with Account Management and Mach One service achieved. Resultant output files need to be laser/machine ready and all reporting is required to be delivered on time and right to the appropriate departments.
Primary responsibilities include the processing of client data files, the delivery of all pertinent reports, constant communication, letter setup of digital files, and strict attention to quality.

Responsibilities

A successful candidate will have experience working with complex data formats in a fast paced data processing environment. . Excellent communication skills a must and also be able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail. Exceptional attendance habits, punctuality and ability to work consistently with little or no supervision imperative.

Learn/Understand all supporting software/hardware required to perform this
job on a daily basis (PrintStream, GEM Reporting).

Display the ability to use all letter composition Digital equipment.

Maintain Q4 communication with all departments.

Overview

The Digital Specialist is responsible for the digital printing of all client material in the company. Material must be handled in a timely manner with strict attention paid to quality. Maintain extensive understanding of all lasering equipment including but not limited to Xerox 6135, DP2K135M, XEROX Nuvera, XEROX 495, IGEN 3 and IGEN 4 color machines.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain high degree of quality on printed output
 Perform routine sample checks
 Inspect material, preprinted material and output for deletions, smears, spots, etc.
 Check and verify printed output against sample for key information and indicators.
 No more than 2 incidents per tri-mester.
 Zero tolerance for not following procedures.

2. Maintain acceptable production speeds on all machines.
 Keep operating machines running over 80% of the time.
 Call machines in for service when needed.
 Run rate per hour over 5000 clicks.

3. Understand, complete and verify all necessary paperwork for appropriate task/job or as
deemed necessary.

 

4. Use sound ethical principals, striving to work harmoniously, always mindful to have a positive
effect on everyone that they come in contact with including co-workers, clients, suppliers and
prospects.

Skill Requirements

Experience working in a data processing environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Possess excellent attendance habits and able to work consistently with little or no supervision.

Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly; stand, bend and stoop for periods up to 10 hrs per day.

Must be multi-task oriented.

Compensation

$10.00 - $18.00/per hour based on experience

Position:Fulfillment Specialist - Part Time

Overview

The fulfillment shipper is responsible for all shipping and backup support for picking and packing, warehousing and receiving. Shipper is also responsible for understanding how the operating systems work together to ensure orders are shipped daily and accurately. It is required that end of the day reports are processed and all packages are picked up.

Responsibilities

Shipping: Responsible for shipping a minimum of 150 orders and lines per hour
worked. Procedure will be followed 100% of the time.
Gain understanding of how Direct Response(fulfillment management
system) and clippership(shipping system) work together.
Coordinate carriers(see below) and complete necessary shipping documents.
FedEx, UPS, K & N, other various truck lines, schedule pickups, perform
time and transit inquiries and make necessary modifications to order.
Communicate with vendors, internal and external clients via phone or email.
Forward necessary reports to internal and external clients.

Pick and Pack:
Pick and Pack - Line picked and packed per hour worked. Goal = 24
Error rate as a percent to total orders. Goal = .05%


Warehousing: Complete assigned warehouse tasks as specified by supervisor.
Error rate as a percent to total items cycle counted. Goal = .05% Receiving - Documented, put away and turned in within 8 hours of receipt.
Error rate goal = .05%


Miscellaneous:
Department Survey. Goal = 4.0 Prioritize work load and create efficiencies to ensure orders ship on time and right.

Skill Requirements

Associates are expected to attend classes & training thru Gabriel University and other outside sources in order to fulfill their continuing education requirements. These requirements vary based on each associates level. In addition, associates must be committed to excellence at every level, be team oriented and effectively interact with all associates.
